We do all our manufacturing activities from compounding, moulding, sheet metal processes to the finishing stage in house and do not outsource anything but the raw materials.

We have a tool center with a modern facility which includes VMC, CNC Turning, Milling, Drilling, Shaping, Grinding and Planning solely dedicated to the dies and tools and the maintenance needs of the company.

We also have an in-house sheet metal production unit which comprises of hydraulic and power presses ranging from a capacity of 10 - 150 tons, power shears, various types of welding machines and a vibratory finishing machine.

Our in-house manufacturing capability has led to significant development cost savings for us and our customers, both in terms of development costs and optimized manufacturing process optimization or unit cost. This helps us to lower our dependency on others which in turn empowers us to meet our delivery schedule. As a result, every year we develop over 150+ new part numbers, expanding our range significantly to ensure our customers get the parts they need in to compete in their market.

Additionally, the company has a modern office setup with all the state-of-the-art facilities including a well-managed sample store room and fully equipped conference room.
